LEADERSHIP
Daniel has lived in Northwest Arkansas since his teenage years. He has experienced first-hand the tremendous growth in this region. Daniel began working in the construction industry with his father at an early age. He also served our great nation in the US Army for nearly a decade before establishing DC Sparks Construction in 2011. With more than 20 years of experience, Daniel has the knowledge and expertise to bring any size project to life. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys twisting wrenches, hunting, ATV’s and spending time with family.
Melody brings more than 20 years of business experience to her role at DC Sparks Construction including customer service, logistics, data analysis and office management. She made the jump into construction in 2016 after spending several years helping from the sidelines. With her education in business management, Melody has helped to streamline office processes and implement marketing strategies to grow the company. She enjoys traveling, the outdoors, exercising, reading and spending time with family and her fur babies.

Alexus was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. She graduated from Northwest Arkansas Community College in 2022 with an associates degree in Business Management. She is also a licensed Arkansas real estate agent. Alexus is following in Daniel’s footsteps with her interest in construction. Employed with DC Sparks Construction since 2020, she continues to learn and gain experience in this industry. In her free time, she enjoys painting, cooking with her friends, and spending time in nature.

Jordan has called Arkansas home for most of his life. He got into construction at a very early age, helping his dad with his residential roofing business. He continued in the construction industry as a residential concrete laborer to pay the bills while going to flight school in Tulsa, OK. Over the next 15 years, he worked his way up through the roles of laborer, crew leader, Superintendent, Project Manager, and finally Senior Project Manager. Jordan holds a Commercial Pilot License, speaks Spanish, and enjoys skydiving, traveling, and spending as much time as possible with his 2 boys.

Jerry Wood is a seasoned professional with nine years of experience in the construction industry, primarily focusing on commercial HVAC installation. Starting as a laborer, Jerry climbed the ranks to become a lead foreman, showcasing his dedication and expertise in his field. In addition to his construction career, Jerry served in the military National Guard for eight years, specializing as a military police officer. This experience instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and leadership. Outside of work and service, Jerry finds joy in his roles as a loving husband and father to a son. He cherishes spending quality time with his family and friends, and he's an avid supporter of the Razorbacks, enthusiastically cheering on his favorite team. Go hogs!

Joining our team in August 2023, Xander brings a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to every project. Xander utilizes his love for problem-solving and his customer service experience to help tackle tasks in the construction field. Xander was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and raised amidst the picturesque landscapes of Northwest Arkansas. He has a passion for the outdoors and loves conquering challenging rock faces in his free time.
