Daniel has lived in Northwest Arkansas since his teen years where he has experienced first-hand the tremendous growth in this region. Daniel began working in the construction industry with his father at an early age. He also served our great nation in the US Army for nearly a decade before establishing DC Sparks Construction in 2011. With more than 20 years of experience, Daniel has the knowledge and expertise to bring any size project to life. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys twisting wrenches, hunting, ATV’s and spending time with family.
Chief Financial Officer
Melody brings more than 20 years of business experience to her role at DC Sparks Construction including customer service, logistics, data analysis and office management. She made the jump into construction in 2016 after spending several years helping from the sidelines. With her education in business management, Melody has helped to streamline office processes and implement marketing strategies to grow the company. She enjoys traveling, the outdoors, exercising, reading and spending time with family and her fur babies.
Arien began her career in property management over 12 years ago where she gained valuable knowledge and insight on all aspects of development and renovation. Since then, she has continued her education and obtained her Arkansas Real Estate license. In March 2019 she joined DC Sparks Construction as the Office Manager. Originally from Minnesota, Arien now calls Northwest Arkansas home, where she enjoys the farm life with her husband and animals. When she’s not in the office, Arien can be found outdoors. She also is an avid hobbyist and is always creating unique items. She appreciates the opportunity to improve the lives of those in her community in whatever small way she can.
Phillip spent the last 22 years managing projects for local Architectural Firms. He has managed projects which include ground up and remodels for restaurants, remodels and additions to retails stores, ground up and remodels to convenience stores, and fueling projects. Prior to working on the Architectural side, he spent time in Construction Management with Walmart. Phillip looks forward to continuing to learn and grow in construction management. Phillip and his wife Chanda enjoy spending time camping with family and friends.
Senior Project Manager
Angie brings thirty years of experience to the DC Sparks team. She has traveled extensively in her career and has successfully completed many large projects across the United States. Angie's diverse background in the construction industry has afforded her the opportunity to experience a wide variety of projects. Her resume of projects includes churches, museums, hospitals, schools, banks, casinos, and retail. An Arkansas native, Angie enjoys time with her family, playing the piano, gardening, and serving in her community.
Field Operations Manager
David has been in the Commercial and Residential construction industry for almost 44 years now. He has built and supervised many multi-million dollar projects all across the southern US from West Texas to The Florida Keys. He enjoys hunting and fishing, riding motorcycles and ATVs with friends. He also enjoys spending time with his wife of 43 years, and his family, friends and all of his grandchildren.
Jeff has been with DC Sparks Construction since 2017 and has worked in the construction industry for 15 years as a pipe welder and carpenter. He grew up in northeastern Oklahoma and when he left school in 1991 Jeff went to a trade school for pipe welding. He traveled as a pipe welder for 12 years working on power house, refineries and nuclear power houses. In 2003 Jeff retired from welding and moved his family to Missouri. For the next 11 years Jeff had a career in law enforcement and retired as a Sargent over patrol. Jeff is an avid outdoors man and prefers to be outdoors when he isn’t working.
