LEADERSHIP
Daniel has lived in Northwest Arkansas since his teenage years. He has experienced first-hand the tremendous growth in this region. Daniel began working in the construction industry with his father at an early age. He also served our great nation in the US Army for nearly a decade before establishing DC Sparks Construction in 2011. With more than 20 years of experience, Daniel has the knowledge and expertise to bring any size project to life. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys twisting wrenches, hunting, ATV’s and spending time with family.
Melody brings more than 20 years of business experience to her role at DC Sparks Construction including customer service, logistics, data analysis and office management. She made the jump into construction in 2016 after spending several years helping from the sidelines. With her education in business management, Melody has helped to streamline office processes and implement marketing strategies to grow the company. She enjoys traveling, the outdoors, exercising, reading and spending time with family and her fur babies.
Arien began her career in property management over 12 years ago where she gained valuable knowledge and insight on all aspects of development and renovation. Since then, she has continued her education and obtained her Arkansas Real Estate license. In March 2019 she joined DC Sparks Construction as the Office Manager. Originally from Minnesota, Arien now calls Northwest Arkansas home, where she enjoys the farm life with her husband and animals. When she’s not in the office, Arien can be found outdoors. She also is an avid hobbyist and is always creating unique items. She appreciates the opportunity to improve the lives of those in her community in whatever small way she can.

Alexus was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. She graduated from Northwest Arkansas Community College in 2022 with an associates degree in Business Management. She is also a licensed Arkansas real estate agent. Alexus is following in Daniel’s footsteps with her interest in construction. Employed with DC Sparks Construction since 2020, she continues to learn and gain experience in this industry. In her free time, she enjoys painting, cooking with her friends, and spending time in nature.

Michael was born and raised in Northwest Arkansa in a family that was in construction and property management. He started out framing residential houses and then got into the commercial building trades after a move to Tulsa,OK. After 15 years in Tulsa, he decided to move back to Northwest Arkansas to further his career and knowledge with DC Sparks Construction.
With 29 years of experience, Michael enjoys the construction management field and finds it rewarding. In his spare time, he likes being with family and friends, cheering for the Razorbacks, concerts, fishing, and hiking.
Josh Goodhue

Josh was raised on a ranch in Wyoming and moved to Arkansas about eight years ago. He has been in the construction industry for 25 years. Specializing in concrete construction for roughly 18 years, Josh ran his own concrete business for seven years. He enjoys seeing builds being brought to realization! Josh is a father to three amazing children and enjoys hunting, fishing, and riding motorcycles in his spare time.
Born and raised in Northwest Arkansas, Colin played football and baseball growing up. He went on to play in college at Ouachita Baptist University where he graduated with a degree in business administration. Colin worked for 6 years in landscaping before moving on to sales. He is a lifelong Arkansas Razorback fan (he's a Chiefs fan too). Colin is excited about building a long career in construction and learning everything he can about the industry..
